From our initial contact Trish was so helpful and amazing. She explained everything about our consultation and the process after. The communication through email and text are great reminders. On our first visit we were amazed at how friendly and helpful EVERY staff member we met was. They went out of their way to stay late to put my sons braces on the day of the consultation. I could not be more happy with our choice in using them for braces! VERY IMPRESSED!
