Staff is very friendly and timely!

I really like Birth & Fletcher because on the appointments everyone is very cheerful. I also like them because they are very thorough when they explain things to patients. For example, they show models of different kinds of braces and such. Some people share they're experiences and perspectives, which is comforting (especially when you're scared). Birth & Fletcher say they are always up to date on all their equipment, which is really nice. They also tell you ways they can make you feel better and more comfortable. They try to go above and beyond for their patients.
